Zenith's Sell Items menu showing incorrect weapon level and stats

When hovering over weapons to check their level before selling, they all show up as Rank 0 (left image) regardless of their actual level in the Arsenal (right image).

Happens to all weapons, whether they're max'd or only partially ranked up.
