Discharged Nimrod doesn't drop the Erstroot; it's only dropped from the Wraith.

What you were seeing was a loot summary, showing you things you've collected since your last summary. It included the Erstroot fragment you got from Wraith.

Why is that even in the game? That doesn't make sense. I don't need a summary of everything I've gotten multiple times. I just need it once.
