Just started the game. Right after the tower, when I believe you're heading to the castle, I found a little dungeon. It's got a little sewer/creek at the bottom of it, and I jumped past the little wooden grate covering one of the sewer entrances by crouch jumping, and ran into a terrain glitch/water cutoff.
