I know this is probably a "no duh" moment, but i found the same weapon racks and training dummy props while playing the soulslike Enotri: The Last Song.
just kinda though it was cool to see em in both games.

Have the one or the other developers had anything to do with both games? Why are those assets out there?

It's probably from a public databank or something of generic assets
The same also happened in elden ring and path of exiles with a stone relief carving
