I have a question: if i’m on alca faction and you are part of kith of kings, can we still do faction quests together?

Yes the players I was playing with was all from other factions I'm Kith of kings but this is my 2nd faction I'm maxing out

And what happens if I complete a quest of Kith of kings while belonging, for example, to Alca? I mean, do i get kith of kings xp?
