Hopefully it stays cosmetic though and they do a alternative system, or at least ad transmog/"outfit" slots lol.

Case imagine wearing ugly armor because it was the best, and not even being able to hide it.

Though hopefully you can hide as any armor and not just special armor(e.g. alternative armor styles/transmog in eso(on top of alternative outfits/armor styles), or the ability to place any armor in the extra outfit slots like in swtor.)
If they so add armor stats.

Yes either stick to a alternative system or add a transmog system/Ability to get premium cosmetics/costumes for free.
