#Launched Soulframe on Linux via bottles

This has raised my hopes
btw when I tried on soda, to my knowledge I had no visual response (I was also running on hyprland instead of kde at the time). When running on wine ge, I could see the launcher, but near the end of the download for updating it would say it got corrupted and restart again in a loop.
I have since tried launching the game again (after installation), trying through soda(9.0.1), wine ge proton (8-26), and ge proton (9-7). All three seem to work now, though wine ge seems to go through a different way as it does not share the same login and settings as the other two.
Works fine with Lutris as well, though wine-ge had a problem with downloading the game, switching to proton experimental solved it.
i thought he was butt cheeked naked in the trailer
he was
i guess they changed it
damn😔
lol thought they will make the game as the trailer
Bro it's a m rated game, I don't think casual nudity is allowed... than again bulders gate, cyberpunk, and a few others
How did you guys get it to run ? i kinda expected a .msi to run fairly easily but well, not so much
well i'm not sure why that worked, but it installed the launcher anyway
and that runs lol
Controller does not seem to work with latest update on ge-proton9-7, going to try with other runners
Does not seem to work either with ge-proton9-14
I'm not a Linux "big user", i almost know 2 or 3 things only because i read alot of papers about AI i am testing locally, so sorry if my question is stupid but...
Can't you create a Docker containing the game to run it on any version of Linux without encountering problems?
(correct me if im wrong, but) afaik docker gives file access, some hardware* access, and no direct output.
- = access to some parts of gpu
