how good is this for lv 14 and do i need to change any thing

It’s not a a bad start, you’ve got a pop SSA and good gear, I’d say your next goal should be to

get 50 bee’s
link natro to ur hive so you can get graphs and observe
GIFT tadpoles (NOW!!) for baby buff, get at least 4 gifted
you don’t need hasty since ur running no windy so you can replace that for bouy
you also don’t need photon, cobalt, or vicious so you can replace all those with bouyants (you can keep Vic for polar bear quests once you only have 68 polar power)
finish science bear quests (pls)
fix ur nectar settings on natro, put it to the +, set preset to blue and turn of invigorating
