Stuck on early game

I have been playing this game for 3 years now (I quit a year ago), and I'm still struggling on early game. Is there any tips for me to get through early game asap.

I'm struggling to make honey for treats (lvls) / royal jellies (for gifted bees) and just overall gathering a lot of pollen

I have already made a mistake for making the wand first before belt

you shouldn't be going for levels at all early game

for honey, you can either macro or boost

prob is I cannot macro
