You should save up for the last 2 guards and the honey comb belt but if you don't want the belt you can skip it
Don't get the petal belt if you don't have enough yet since it's very expensive

Nope if you're going for bubble mask early then it's a high chance that you're going for blue that also goes for the fire mask
