I think they mean...the difference between general chat, and off topic chat...there currently really isnt a distinction between the two..There is just chat..where everything is discussed...general chat would be a bit more focused on whats in the server, and off topic is talking about random things like hamburger places you should try, just very random things..like why is the sky blue...why are turtles shaped the way they are
