These are the characters I got, I’m to the point where Lian isn’t used and I’m missing a dps, I’m building diting, is the new banner worth it or should I summon for Freya or just summon on the permanent summon.

Freya is a beast I would recommend having her
You already have Diting, Yeli, Rilmosha you don't really need more dps for a long time

With that said. If you have enough spare summon it is recommended to summon one of each SSR or risk never seeing it again 🫠
