Suggestion Targeted Summon Banner

Hey guys, any suggestions what i should pull an the targeted banner? Here is a screenshot of every SSRs i pulled through the Perm Banner and the i got Hoyan and Freya through their Banner last week. I thinking of getting Kloss. Thanks in advance
