You should really read up on their abilities to help stuff like this happening

You've also completely misunderstood the way eff res works

You said resisting 100% as if it's hard, as I said, 100% is not guaranteed, it is just a value, ANY eff res reduces that

#

e.g if terror does not have immunity active and has 40% eff res (Don't know specific values, just example) then your chance is 60% at 100% base

all i can say is i feel your pain and it doesnt get any better in inferno

it feels like it is a % chance to hit per debuff

so s3 investment is mainly for cooldown reduction

you cannot get 100% every skill is locked at 90% whatever amount of effect accuracy you have. It's just in the game you will miss 1 times out of 10
