What should I be building and what teams are a good idea? Still very early game so not sure what is worth building and what is not.

Not enough SSRs so you should do more pulls, but you'd want to build Reverie Kazuyo and Rilmocha specifically for DokiDoki. Lily is used in absolutely all content so definitely build them
Despite being an SR, Diting is one of the best DPS for a variety of content
I would hold off on building Shadow Sania for now, but later on you can pair her with fangus specifically for Terror, but Dot currently isn't good anywhere else
Since you currently don't have a lot, gray would be good to build for the majority of content
Then for sustain you either do valerian or Mia
Dinah's also a pretty nice one to build
