how does this even happen man, they need to fix this asap.
speed upgrades within prowess should be unified for all characters within their respective rarity bracket.
SSR: +5 / +10
SR: +4 / +8
R: +3 / +6

I will say this has been in the game a while, was in the last CBT too not sure about older builds. Would be good to understand why he's the only one

Oh that's even more interesting, I remember watching a stream in the beta and they also out catching had R speed ups, will see if I can dig it out later
Bit random if they fixed it for launch then went back after a hot fix. Maybe I'm remembering wrong 🤷♂️
