If a limb is shot it should just stop working or the AI will walk around covering the wound, same thing for body shots and any major organs that are shot should just make the AI collapse.

Ok, in all seriousness, I remember back in the old Rainbow Six days, like back when Redstorm Entertainment made them, not Ubisoft, your character can actually have individual arms disabled that would prevent you from reloading your weapon or shooting your weapon if you were shot up in one of your arms, lol, I discovered that one game at the worst possible moment.
