I think right now that's the tradeoff to having a massive base is having to restock materials more often. If you could stack TCs it'd give too much of an advantage to the bigger groups that can easily farm that up. With Quest hardware limitations in mind too it might not be beneficial to encourage bases to be even bigger than they are at the moment
