Long story short, I started a new run on my legacy save (AKA fresh start on day 1) and I went to the riverlands and survived for a few days. One night, for some reason, there wasn't ANY tinder around to start a fire, so I knew I was about to die, and decided to reload the game to restart from the morning of that day. Well, it turns out...exiting to the menu (without dying, might I add. I still had a bit of health) just outright DELETED my save file. Not even just restart my run, DELETE. If it weren't for people uploading visions update saves, I would need to start all over on that save...
