using the charcoal from fires and sap build ups on some trees to make pine tar that can be used on cordage on buildings so that they never break on there own but deconstruction has a 50/50 chance to break the cordage or pine tar doesnt drop when buildings are deconstructed (could be used fro many other things like tools)

Being indestructible is a bit op, but making ropes stronger so it breaks less is a great idea

I’ve liked the idea of being able to strengthen the buildings, maybe another possibility is using mud from the river lands to spread across a building to make it completely sturdy and unable to wither away
