🔒 <@&1507841689866469396> — Rules & Daily Proof Requirements
Welcome to 75 Days to DEFCON.
The purpose is simple:
Build discipline.
Build skills.
Ship things.
Stop restarting your learning every month.
How to join
Add the 75Hard role.
Create ONE dedicated thread:
75HARD — <name> — Day #
All updates go inside that thread.
Daily requirements (mandatory)
You must post every day. Each update must include PROOF OF WORK
1. What you worked on
Examples:
- Malware analysis
- Reverse engineering
- Cert prep
- Detection engineering
- Bug bounty work
- AI security projects
- Programming project
- CTF challenge
- Cloud security
2. What changed TODAY Examples
Bad: “Still working.”
Good: “Added login bypass functionality, fixed API parser, completed 8 LeetCode mediums, finished HTB module sections 4–6.”
Show measurable progress.
3. Evidence (required)
Must include ONE OR MORE:
✅ Screenshot with visible timestamps
✅ Terminal output
✅ Code snippet
✅ Git commit
✅ Repo link
✅ Challenge completion
✅ Writeup
✅ Tool demo
✅ Notes + proof
No proof = no credit.
4. Next step
State what happens tomorrow.
Your work should build over time. That counts.
Minimum effort expectations
1–2+ hours/day minimum. Low-effort check-ins may be rejected.
This challenge rewards substantial progress, not attendance.
Disqualifications
❌ Missed day
❌ Fake progress
❌ Recycled screenshots
❌ Spam updates
❌ Zero measurable advancement
❌ Posting for streaks instead of growth
Example valid challenges
Build a security tool from scratch
Complete an entire HTB path
Finish a certification
100+ LeetCode problems
Create malware sandbox
Finish a pentest lab series
Build SIEM detections
Release GitHub projects
Learn exploit development
Automate workflows
Build cloud labs
If your project scares you a little, it’s probably a good challenge. DEFCON is the finish line. Good luck.
