There are currently no ways to check your progress on some of the achievements, like the fishing/crafting/discovering mines achievements.
It would be quite fitting if there was a quest reward from Zed where he gives you a recipe to craft a tech/stats machine that tracks your progress. Some of the stats could be:
- Number of Fish Caught
- Steps Taken
- Distance Flown
- Number of Items Crafted
- Highest Damage Dealt in a Single Hit
- Number of Cards Played
etc. I'm sure there are a bunch of cool stats which could be tracked and be satisfying for people to see
