We have been actively punishing bot resource accounts as well as accounts that uses cheats in the game in order to create a fair game environment in Viking Rise. We’ve noticed more discussions about punishing users who purchase resources from bot accounts in the game. We are also keeping a close eye on this issue and figuring out ways on how we can quell this issue.

The current solution we have come up with is to limit the amount of resources lower level accounts can collect, and we’d like to conduct a poll to hear your thoughts on this.

We hope that by limiting the amount of resources low-leveled accounts can collect, we can reduce the frequency of bot accounts selling resources to other players. To add on to this limitation, we will also reduce the supply tax for higher-leveled accounts so that players who need these resources more can get a better experience. At the same time, we will also work on improving the system we have when it comes to banning these type of accounts to help put this issue to an end.

The opinions of all our players are very important to us and the results of this poll will determine whether these measures will be implemented in the game. We want to hear your thoughts on this, so do take part in this vote and share your troubles with us.

We noticed your concerns regarding the duration of Killing Fields being too long for most players to commit to due to the difference in time zones, making it inconvenient for players.

The team has reviewed your suggestions and is considering on reducing the duration of Killing Field from 2 hours to 1 hour. If you prefer this change, react with a ✅ and if not, react with a ❌.

Recently, we've received a lot of feedback from players:
⚔️ Sometimes battles get intense, but you just can't reach your allies in time, and the tribe ends up losing because you couldn't coordinate.
💬 And sometimes you just want to chat with your friends, but logging into the game is the only way — and once you're online, you're too busy fighting and doing tasks to really talk.

✨ To make communication easier, we're exploring two possible new features:

  1. 📱 Out-of-game chat – Chat and interact with your in-game friends even if you're offline or don't have the game open.
  2. 🔔 Strong reminder (One-Tap Call) – Send a high-priority alert to your friends in-game (not a real phone call 📞, but something just as hard to ignore)

@everyone The KVK8 update has introduced many new changes to the game. After the update, we’ve been closely monitoring the feedback and suggestions shared by players regarding the new KVK8 territory occupation system, and it’s clear that opinions vary across the community.

Some leaders miss the pacing and experience of the previous flag-based territory system, while others appreciate the strategic depth and changes brought by the new mechanics.

To better understand your true preferences and ensure future adjustments align more closely with player experience, we are launching this poll and sincerely invite all Chiefs to participate and share their thoughts.

@everyone In actual battles, we have observed that during the course of combat, single troops are frequently used to harass rally troops, which to a certain extent affects the stability and overall experience of the rally battles.

In order to improve the clarity and strategy of battles, we are evaluating the following adjustment:
When a single unit attacks a rally unit, it will significantly reduce the impact it causes, including damage and skill triggering effects.

This adjustment is intended to make rally battles more focused on teamwork and head-to-head encounters, while reducing the disruption to the pace of rally battles caused by single troops.

We are currently evaluating potential improvements to the Ascend Jewel system and would love to hear your feedback. At the moment, there are two ascension methods in the game:
🔹 Ascend Jewel: Upgrade step-by-step, manually selecting jewels as materials
🔹 Quick Ascend: Automatically selects jewels based on your filter settings and allows multi-level upgrades
