Features

  • Added an option to invert mouse for both x and y axis.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug where the hit reaction of the target hit by the ‘Magic Missile’ or ‘Fireball’ did not occur.
  • Fixed a bug where the Cleric's ‘Protection Shield’ did not disappear even after absorbing more than the allowed damage.

Balance

Spells

  • The spell capacity and the spell tiers of certain spells have been adjusted.
  • The higher the spell tier, the less the amount of spell casts are recovered by meditation or rest.
  • The spell tier of the Wizard's ‘Invisibility’, ‘Haste’, and ‘Slow’ spells have been changed from tier 2 to 1.
  • The Wizard's ‘Slow’ received a very, very small duration increase.
  • The spell tier of the Cleric's ‘Holy Light’ has been changed from 1 to 2.
  • The damage absorption amount of the Cleric's ‘Protection Shield’ has been slightly reduced.

Items

  • Ale's power bonus has been reduced, but the duration has been increased.
  • Adjusted the Longbow and Survival Bow from unintentionally slowing down their target for too long.

Merchants and Travelers

  • Vendors now sell more rare and epic items. They want your gold.

Level Props

  • The Treasure Hoard now gives you a chance to get more rare and epic items instead of silver coins.

Patch Notes

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug where players would be disconnected from the server.
  • Fixed a bug where certain items including the lockpick could not be equipped in the lobby.
  • Fixed some portal locations that would appear in walls or under the floor.
  • Added missing sound effects for some of the Undead Knight’s animations.

Balance

Level

  • Increased the overall death swarm time for each level by 20%+.
    a. Initial floor timer: 10m  12m.
    b. Final floor timer: 5m30s  7m.
  • The 3-person escape portal has been moved to the final ring instead of the prior phase.
  • The Wraith sub-boss has been added to the gold hoard area on the first floor.
  • The Wraith sub-boss and a skeleton archer has been added to the area with the large bridge.
  • An area where you spawn with too many skeleton monsters has been modified to spawn with fewer skeletons.
  • Lootable corpses have been added in the locked jails for the dungeon area.
  • The amount of gold coin given by the gold hoard has been slightly reduced.
  • The amount of loot given by the Lich has been increased from 2 to 4.
    Items
  • Dramatically reduced the movement penalty of the Morning Star weapon.

Known Issues

  • Mimic may become impossible to kill because it loses its hit box. We are aware of this bug but won’t be able to properly test the fix until after the playtest.
