I know exactly where everything is and just B-line for what I want. There is literally 0 incentive to clear or do anything else. Why add cool new modules or random generation? Why have PvE at all? Purification cleric isn't running past mobs, he's clearing them lmao. Phantomize doesn't open doors for you, druid sure he's just a more op rogue we're all well aware of that when it comes to his movement, and barb door smashing doesn't reset the pve, you still have it following you you'll eventually have to deal with or shut off.

Rogue can press invis, 10 step to the door, open the door, and close the door before any mob is able to get close. 0 damage taken ever, zero mobs cleared, and added barriers to cover your ass from anyone trying to follow your trail. Cleric still has to open doors so if you aren't running a perk that literally gimps you in pvp, you'll not be able to skip anything without taking damage from behind. The only valid point you had was Druid.

Who here thinks FOW was good for the overall health of the game but it was implemented poorly forcing players to rush through the map and not have time to actually “explore” the dungeon.

It seems that it made PvP less scripted and you could run into players any where on the map instead of just rushing the boss/loot piles and waiting to 3rd party or getting 3rd partied.

I think it should come back but have a longer timer and they should make modules needed for quests appear more often than not.

Parrying is something you do with weapons, that's not a special feature and if anything, all daggers should parry if we're going strictly off the weapons that are most suitable to do so.

You invalidated your response by requesting parry for Bardiche and Halberd, weapons used with either thrusting or sweeping movements utilising weight. You don't parry with a halberd, you shove their weapon aside with sheer force or drop it from a raised position so that the weight has a chance to cleave armour.

And no, not "most weapons are designed for riposte." A Riposte is specifically a counter thrust. A rapier can riposte, as can a longsword. A Barrdiche cannot.

QS leverage is 100% better than a Halberds dude you don't start on a quarterstaff to learn Halberd. One is a slashing/thrust weapon the other is a blunt push/pull weapon. They have extremely different use cases. Good luck using a Halberd in a forest or when you're forced in to a melee. The weight on the end of a halberd means forms that work for the QS don't work for the Halberd. You keep trying to make the Halberd sound like an upgraded quarterstaff but they are different weapons with different purposes.

Halberd literally has reach over QS but that doesn't change the fact that the QS forms are designed for push/pull and Halberd is not. They do not share forms, only some stances.

A quarterstaff shares more with a glaive/spear than a Halberd.

Sure.. for starters we have been able to properly boss since wipe. The random loot on shelves in hr is all junk like arrows bolts silver coins. It costed 100g per floor in hr until last patch. The drop rate for items has been tweaked several times since wipe and wyvern is believed to not even drop named items. Adventure mode on release gave chests and unique items. The list goes on an on brother look at the latest patch and look at how many *fixed and issue sections there are. I can’t imagine they test anything before they actually put it out because we don’t even get the updates on the test server before they are out. It’s just been constantly like this for a while now.

Shoot him? Like with your bow? You can land a shot while he's casting haste, and invis reveals him every so often so unless he baits you, you can sometimes predict where he is and shoot and arrow there, and at the very latest you can retreat to a door and close it (preferably one where you set up a trap, you know about hunting traps right?)

True, if he's smart he'll jump over the trap, and that's when you hit him with one of your arrow abilities, either shotgun or rapid fire, while he's in the air and can't change his direction

Invis as afterimage to make it so it's not that broken skill that lets you do whatever you want shooting an invis wizard or explosive bottling him out of invis is fairly easy if you just track the afterimage

And Casting a spell makes sound if the wizard cast a spell behind a wall you hear him do that, if someone you dont' see casts a spell and you keep on going forward thats your mistake

Peak bait, longbow and recurve will always better than crossbow, even if crossbow is good, those two bows are just better. Just depends on what stats you got, longbow is better with physical power while recurve is better with true physical, which is why you typically see longbow especially in lower geared lobbies. But at the end of the day, both bow builds are better than crossbow

Adventure mode should be a stepping stone into the real game. So if a New player can't have fun. IE KSing and rooms stripped before you leave your spawn. Then its no fun , no new payers = dead game . Adventure mode needs polishing .

The original looting mechanic can't be changed cause as you said, adventure should introduce you to the genre and as such you should learn that no loot is yours from the start, but a way to make it so that sweats don't ruin the lobbies is to make the loot be worse so that they don't play adventure mode at all and it makes timmies want to go normal mode eventually after some time just like HR does with normal mode, want better loot? Put more on the line
