Does peacemaking from bard work on bosses as well? One of the spells says that it doesn't work on bosses/subbosses. Peacemaking just says all players and monsters.

Make sure you have the latest version of DX12 installed. You can also try and run a scan and repair on the game trough the launcher. Make sure all other drivers are updated, like your GPU. And try updating windows to the latest version.

If all else fails, you can try and google the error. Most likley there wont be any options for Dark and Darker out there with the error, but a lot of other games will probably have similar problems and solutions, since directX is used for pretty much everything.

You can also try using a different version of directX for the game by typing it in the launch parameters for the game.

Yes, you need to visually see the circle on the ground before you release rightclick to cast it. Sometimes this can be a bit wonky, as the circle just randomly disappears at times, and in some spots, which is probably the reason it's not casting for you. Can be very frustrating. (plz fix ironmace <3) Just make sure you're not in the air when casting as the slightest bit of movement after you've cast the spell cancels it immediately.

idk why my question got removed but. Don't even think of answering this question with the phrase "skill issue" lol, genuinely what the fuck do you do to fight someone who has better gear then you? It just feels like a really boring stat check. The past 3 raids I have played in goblin caves I have fought 3 other fighters with endgame gear or greens with blues and can't even scratch them (I'm a fighter rocking duel wield because no matter how hard I try I can't block with the shield). Like one dude came up to me and I chited him around so hard, that I managed to shoot him in the head with a hand crossbow 4 times which should do abt 35 damage each cus of perks. And then ran in and hit him 3 more times but he still 2 shots me? I really just want to know what you even do because this game feels really stale getting killed by no-lifes just because of gear. Especially from all of them migrating to the starter maps due to the cheater problem in high roller making all of my raids the same as these 3.

Take sprint and second wind. Learn what attacks you can duck under by crouching and looking up

Completley depends on your playstyle. Some are definitely harder than others, but try them all out and see what you think! I recommend starting with the fighter, ranger or cleric, as they are among the easiest classes to start off with. (although ranger solo can be rough)

All weapons have a specific time and amount they slow you down for when you're hit. Bows have 35% for 1.5s / 25% for 1s / 12% for .5s . For the Longbow / Recurve bow / survival bow respectivly. Ontop of that the ranger has a perk that recudes your movement speed by 15% for 2 seconds when hit in the legs.

Some of the easiest classes to start off with is Fighter, Ranger and Cleric. Simple to understand and have a lot of survivability. Although if you're playing solo, you might want to refrain from the ranger, as they can easily be overwhelmed in 1v1s

All characters will stay unlocked. I'm simply saying the characters you've created will be deleted, and you have to start over and make a new one. Also your blueshards should be refunded, since they made the characters free. Make sure to spend some on some skins!

You kind of have to since maps have no gear rarity or level restrictions for maxed out players. Noobs that usually get smacked in higher dungeons like to full gear and just kill new people. Gives new players coming in a chance to learn the game with less harassment.

Perks are game changing at least for the classes I play. Fighter, Barb and Rogue. Rogue really depends on his perks. Barbs become so much harder to handle with their additional perks and Fighter just get more annoying the more perks they carry.

I had that problem on Mac (after doing so many work arounds to get it working in the first place) problem solved by downloading the newly patched game files from a friend and deleting the old ones. Make sure the .exe file is correctly named (I think it’s DungeonCrawler.exe)

The main nerf to PDR isnt the limit its the change in the pdr item stat. However they didnt nerf existing items. so people still have prenerf gear. It will be less and less common though, and gone by monday wipe. So 85% pdr fighters will be very rare isntead of a dime a dozen.
