I've thought about this before, but it didn't hit as deeply until after pulling for fine motion- What am I pulling for?

Certainly not for CMs. I probably won't have a great chance to do well unless I whale out for supports, and I've never cared about my placement too deeply anyway. For team trials, I'm in a pretty good spot, and with the way the matchups work, it's not necessarily about getting higher ranked umas. It's about making smarter-made umas. New scenarios also give a reason to replay through umas and remake them better.

What I enjoy most about the game is playing through the trainee's stories. So it's going to be most rewarding for me to play by pulling for trainees I particularly like, and holding on supports until the next Kitasan-black tier card comes along.

Of course, easier said than done. I can already see myself wanting to pull for support cards again to pad out my deck.
