Here's the races I recommend and run for Haru. The ones in Junior year are only worth 1000 fans, but if you find yourself with low energy during one of those turns just run a "free" race before resting, any gain is a good gain.
Then in Classic (ignore Taiki's goal races), the ones in February and April are the only ones I need to hit my 12000 (not all four races, pick and choose depending on energy and current total). That leaves me good and free for Summer Camp and the rest of the year

Finally, winning JBC Sprint and Champions Cup are all you need to hit the 40k that would upgrade her unique during Valentines, but those are the most optional. No reason to go for them unless you want to and you're confident

It should be said though that without JBC and CC, you will not hit Valentine's, Fan Fest or Christmas' fan goals, but it is what it is. Almost all of my Harus never get to level up their unique, it's just the hand they're dealt

I've been in hospital a few times, and at least in those the food was okay. Nothing too fancy, but alright, with two exceptions. One was tomato juice that everyone hated, even people who claimed to like tomato juice. The other was eggs that were too cold.
