oh yeah, i think the guides™ state riko is only really worth it on medium and long trainees. sprint and mile can reach the stamina goals without her, so you can use speed/power/wit card instead for stat gains

idk im just not wowed by rikos energy recovery. 31? 26?? that is way too low to be worth it. to me she's kinda only good if things are goin badly and i need mood ups. i throw her in if i get bad training rng bc she does give rushing gale if u squeeze in all 5, but i dunnooo. if all else is well i kinda prefer rest for +50/+70 chance

It's 5 turns that feel slightly less wasted. Of course the best use if you go down from Great to Good, fix that up and get something more for your trouble than just the mood
I also often end up using it in the turn before Camp, I probably only need a little bit of energy not a 70
Sometimes all your trainings are shit due to RNG so it doesn't feel as bad to go with Riko either.
And finally, in the URA finale. If I don't have the energy for three turns of training, Riko is infinitely better than both Rest and Recreation
Might be worth to use Aoi more than Riko tho, for sprinters and milers. I'll have to consider that
Aoi's recreations are more energy and more SP with little to no stats or mood
