this IS a good game, but you can clearly tell it was made by the B team in places
some of the art is very flawed, especially in the first case
most of the game is pretty linear, you're forced into investigating one room at a time, one witness at a time, so while i was confused a few times, it was more when to present a specific evidence on a specific bit of testimony, or when to reinvestigate a thing that was marked as already investigated
the cameos are fun tho
i love it when they pop up in fairly logical places, although the fact that the last case was another steel samurai one was a bit silly
major political reunion over a kids theatre play? its a little silly, even for a series with actual ghosts
the cases were good tho, story was well done, everything did feel like a big ole spider web that was wrapped up neatly in a bow at the end

aight im gonna take a break from this for now, and play the next game some later date
i did enjoy it! but its clearly not as good as a mainline AA game
most mainline AA cases are 8s or 9s out of ten, but this game felt more like 7-8s if that makes sense
