If I remove the tunic apworld it produces no errors, though I did get a failed to populate on FF4 once.

I would lower the max required prayer to like, 40 at most, since prayer is ESPECIALLY cumbersome to train for ironmen
otherwise everything looks sane, the other skills are way easier to afk train, defaults are good (brutal grinds specifically disabled), and Lumbridge has a bit of everything and is very unlikely to softlock you
so 1) yes, if default, 2) yes, 3) yes those arent very hard bosses, theyre available in f2p for a reason

You use it on every enemy
You stun spiders to get under them, stun skeletons so you can easily jumpslash them, stun bubbles so they let you shoot the eye switch, stun hands so they don't grab you, stun ghosts so you can kill them faster,
Holy shit deku nuts even work on Meg, the purple ghost at the end
Normally she splits into four clones and circles around you, with the correct one doing a little dance. Hit the correct one or she hits you. If you throw a deku nut, two of the clones disappear

How developed is MM rando?

And you have to play those minigames you dont like with save states unless you manually junk them

I've gone ahead and installed 0.6.2 RC3 since 6.2's been in RCs so long that unsupported tools like UT are effectively being built against it instead of the official release

I still have no idea what they actually do with these enormous RC periods, I never see any chatter in the dev channels about what the blockers are or what work is being done to get to an actual release
yeah I'm kind of on the cutting edge of UT features and the Apworld Manager stuff, partially for my own reasons as a dev but also because those tools get broken by core enough they basically need separate releases for the RC-only version of AP

How developed is MM rando?
The game is feature complete, though there are a couple of QoL improvements that I'm sure they'll get to eventually. The biggest one for async play is that it doesn't save your last server connection info so you have to type it in every time you play, but that's pretty minor IMO
