It's actually kind of annoying. I had to make visibility exceptions in poptracker for every chest to see if it's being tracked or not.

You could get a bottle that has a fairy in it, but normally, you need to memorize the locations of fairy fountains, pots that contain fairies, and so on

in earlier versions of the rando, yes, but these days Nomai Warp Codes lets you do a ton of stuff on the other planets without your ship, which is why alternate/random spawns make sense and why the slot is at 60%

for RM, I'd recommend explicitly non-localing all your movement tech, in rando at least for me it tends to open up too quickly and end up feeling much like a vanilla cleanup pass
