I don't know if this is any faster than with C-up/first person view. To get the right angle, target that small wall of that slope, back away a bit, right side hop, side roll, untarget then target again. Not sure if this is already known though.

I sucked at getting the right angle with C-Up, that's how I came across this.

Oh yeah that one is a bit tricky after the clip but if you know what to look for it's not hard

Yeah the only part that might seem weird if you're not used to it is that you need to release z-target before pressing shield during the backflip

#

And pressing up near the end will stop you from going super far away

#

You might be able to hold up for the entire backflip but I'm not sure

#

Oh and if you're not used to doing angle setups, the roll after the sidehop is a neutral roll, and you retarget during it to maintain the angle change.

#

If you don't release target during it you'll revert your angle at the end of the roll

#

Both forward rolls from the corner are neutral rolls as well

#

They go forward if they're not following a sidehop or backflip

#

its also great when you find a chest that in the base game has a fairy, but you dont know that, so you're looking on the tracker for the chest you just got
its just a lot of minor things that make them more a chore than fun to do

I don't watch hotfix OoT rando very often, but the one time I did had someone spend like five minutes failing a stupidly precise hookshot to the windmill heartpiece instead of just doing the jump from the railing

The railing jump is not intuitive

I didn't know it was possible because if you try it from the side of the door it will not work
