Even if you don't care about the 3rd one since it's hard as balls and you are fine not hitting 112%, the reward for trial 1 and 2 are really worth it and they aren't exceptionally difficult.

But I also recommend using the key on the Wormways door so you can get to Shellwood without having to fight the Greymoor boss

And I'd definitely fight Phantom over LJ
Even if I get a spectre on my tail I find it easy to ignore and rush past, unless it's one of those cage-y areas. But it's not hard to kill them if you're forced to stop and do it

Phantom is kinda just a Lace fight, with a slight variant
Act 2 is really straightforward when you know what to do

Then the 3 song pieces
Then Lace and Granny
You get at least one free weapon upgrade along the way

Cog Fly is the best tool because it requires no effort from you, you just throw 4 and they go do their damage

I'm checking from the map: one you buy in bone bottom, one in Wormways and you don't even need the key. One as a reward for the Savage Beastfly quest, that should be doable in Act 1 since it also gives the crest.
There's one in the cavern up and behind Atla, that one might require clawline so I'm not counting it for now
One in shellwood that's one whole mask already
One in deep docks entrance from the Marrow, one of the three in Far Fields is reachable in Act 1
