I have wondered what the logistics is of that. You'd think the corpo vtubers would be the ones with all the high quality, bleeding edge stuff (and in some measures that's true), but indies often have tracking and other things that put corpos to shame.
I am positive part of the reason Saba has such good rigging now is that her PL was... Not good. She got an update that rectified problems that had been there for years like two months before graduation.
