Pre-chat for a members stream was downright toxic coming at her for lack of communication and even when she finally spoke up people yelled at her for so little info and saying "see it took you like a minute to update us, not that hard, don't keep us in the dark".
On one hand, I get the frustration and anxiety. For vtuber fans, long periods of silence are common precursors to graduations, and those who pay to be in memberships don't feel like they are getting anything out of their monthly support. Streaming and being a personality is also her job, so not doing that can rub people the wrong way.
On the other hand, we know Gura's physical and mental health has changed rather drastically over time, and it is tough to put concrete numbers on chronic health and mental recovery. It can be even more distressing to continue to notify that "hey still not up to it, hang on a bit longer" as that is continuous notifications of disappointment and can sacrifice privacy if you go into too much detail. The stress of that could just compound what she is already feeling and I personally just want the best for her, even if communication is sporadic or even non-existent. And if this all ends in graduation... The girl behind the Gura needs to prioritize her life over people pleasing, and I'd proudly salute an amicable departure.

I seem to recall Gura, previous to Hololive, suffered from some problems, I'm not saying it may be the case but it could be, in any case I feel like even if you're a member to act in such an entitled way is so wrong, especially since Gura isn't one to habitually just disappear and scam people by not making content, but I can understand why it may become frustrating over time if the person is constantly like ''just a bit more'' and never actually follows through, at the same time we have to be understanding that it's a person and this shit is complicated and should be treated delicately if some shit is going on in their personal life
