It's the last HW EX so it gives the best items and I can pretty reliably get him to 0.1% before the phase transition (He can't die before the first transition)
and unlike the other two Warring Triad, the ADDs phase is after his first transition and by the time he could theoretically fuck off he's already dead, while Sepirot and Sophia have theirs mid-fight.
and like, Bismarck, Thordan and Nidhogg have similar issues. The fastest candidate might be Ravana actually, since you can just turbo murder his ass in 10 seconds.
