which brings me to, how do they "exist" either way? is it. is it like. through sphene? she's the only endless we've seen walking around.

maybe theyre walking around in the upper levels, sure but. but... but what if sphene is, for lack of better term, a voidsent approximation with one main consciousness? effectively a population of what should be long dead culture packed into one body. and she, their ruler, the one who's responsible, who's "fault" this is by her words.

the overelectric aether sickness of newly born, the requirement of vast energy - sphene could be trapped in this dome. never too far from the tower, in part dependant on the abundance of electricity and perhaps - i don't get all the mechanics of it, but maybe she needs new souls and therefore memories too. sure, for now they've made-do with wiping out old people that died, but what if that's startin to get too tight? and thats what zoraal ja could offer - thru conquest, new souls, possibly new citizens (perhaps they're better source of memories than a person dying - if everyone knows each other to extent, it creates more memories to be sucked up when they die?)

finished all but healer role quests which i havent started yet (laggin behind on those levels since im only 97 and im. scared of healin in anythin that isnt msq roulette ill have to try n shake that healxiety off again at some point).

personal rankin would so far go as follows:

1. phys dps ||coolest artifact powers, villain that has good motivation, includes a bunch of hilarious moments, really good companion with sweet character arc. they absolutely cooked in this one||
2. tank ||its fun seein an artefact that arguably does more damage than good the way its been used. i ship the eyes, of course. always down for protective WOL, gimme all the recklessly jumping in front of attacks to protect people. im also a sucker for vundus, love seein sundrop dance make a reappearance||
3. magical dps ||villain is annoying and the artifact is definitely the most meh in terms of powers, but i liked the dialogue writing and tepeke is very cool.||
4. phys ranged ||dropped the ball here. the only one i didnt particularly enjoy doin, honestly. villain is the most annoying, artifact is boring in powers, and sure it wasnt the only one with stealth mission but this one was the most infuriating (dont make me run around a same rock TWICE). protagonists are also hit with the stupidness beam to fall for the merchant disguise that grinded my gears even though it thankfully didnt last long. companion -ja lady is the only bright spot i feel.||

well... my gut reaction was slight apprehension when that first message popped up, so thats very much in line with lets say teenager bringi. "gah! sudden social interaction by stranger! run!" but i did choose an area populated by other ppl crafting, and ive seen players randomly cheerin crafters on so clearly thats just part of mmo culture. this particular stranger did say a gift and, unlike real world, accepting a gift from strangers in game will probably not cause me a detriment plus the person was quite polite, askin first and they even had their character sit down and wait for me to finish that round of craftin. so, in name of small steps and character development i did not run like a chicken n it turned out fine and pleasant

look at me go, one of these days i might even actually accept an fc invite

It's been a very long time but my memory of it was more of a "and they went and worked together forevermore" kind of book end to the story than "we'll definitely get back to you about this"

That said, they could definitely tie stuff back to it, especially if they actually make prestige classes like they said they wanted to for next expac

The point of ||Gulool Ja is that being an extremely unlikely offspring, and on top of it the only natural born child of the current ruler, is to add extreme amount of pressure to him, making it so not succeeding was not an option, to the point of having to turn against his father and his nation rather than failing to become the Dawnservant||

The specific situation of his ||birth isn't really important to the character, even tho if they had expanded on that I wouldn't have minded, I do feel like his whole "I need to bring war to bring peace" was pretty half baked for a main antagonist||
