Gummy, you say you have trouble focusing and I think I might know why that happens.
If you end up dying a lot, try to reduce your rotation to the most basic thing and focus on dodging.

The difficulty is having your brain overwhelmed by trying to multitask playing your class and doing the mechanics at the same time, especially in fights that are super hectic

Another solution is going to a dummy and pratice your rotation until it's second nature, that frees your brain to look at the mechanics

If you get overwhelmed usually it is because you have to think about your rotation

Like, sometimes I panic and to recenter myself I just press 1 a bunch and just do the mechanics for a bit instead
