@elfin wave ok so. i really uh. got into this. oops. ANYWAY a few basic pointers, so you can feel more comfortable with the core loop before nadis and riddles complicate the job.
lets start with the most important thing. keep your "combo trios" grouped together correctly. i dont know how your keybinds are set, but i highly, highly recommend setting your buttons in such a way that you have them all in one place n can easily swap between them mid combo.
here´s my bars for an example. you can see i have the 123 and alt-123 set for the single damage rotations, the yellow and blue rectangle. first slot is for raptor skills, then coeurl, then opo-opo. and because my third bar is set to ctrl and i have a hard time pressin it with my pinkie, i instead have my aoe trio set as 456 (in the red rectangle). and again, its raptor, then coeurl, then opo-opo.
the other highly important button is your meditation button. thats the pink rectangle n u press that bitch for free damage when its charged. a good idea is to always keep that gauge full n ready, so just press it whenever outside combat. and you keep pressing it to charge if boss decides u cant punch at the moment. we dont have ranged attack so we just charge meditation until we can go back to punch.
and the other other important button is in pale blue, perfect balance. it will be crucial for nadis so its a good idea to keep it at place u can easily press semi-often for future. and, you can really use it for your advantage now too!
thats the very veeeeery basics. make sure you group yer buttons correctly so its easy to press them in order when they light up. you doin damage now, hurray!
now before i continue, buffs n debufs. they affect monk rotation. i noticed your ui isnt. ideal to keep track of those. i recommend degrouping target stats as seen in image one and turnin on your debuffs go first in image 2.
just put your buffs n debuffs icons close together so u can easily see whats goin on

As a sidenote displaying only detrimental effects you inflict can be a problem at high level, since seeing other people debuffs can be important to for example, fitting your burst into the ninja vulnerability window or not doubling up on addle/feint but it's really not a huge deal at this level

the chart effectively means that in single target rotation, you can usually fit two true strikes and maaaybe two snap punches in between the buff n debuff skills. so you go "do dragon kick - twin snakes (attack up) - demolish (target DoT) - dragon kick (bootshine ready) - true strike - snap punch - bootshine - true strike - snap punch (if enough time on DoT, otherwise demolish) - dragon kick (bootshine ready) - twin snakes (attack up) and so on
but i generally find it easier to eyeball the timers? whichever works for ya
