Things to do in Stormblood endgame
New Deep Dungeon
Heavens on High: In my opinion this is more interesting than POTD, much shorter, and it has bigger variety of situations you find yourself in.
Also very good to level up alt classes.
The story bit is from lvl 1-30 so only 3 sets vs the 10 from POTD, up to do it whenever you feel like it.
You can start it from the quest "Knocking on Heaven's Door" in the Ruby Sea, and you need to be at least lvl 61 with the class you want to go in as.
Eureka
Ok, this requires some caveats
Unlike the rest of the game, this mode actively tries to hide mechanics, locations, and information from you, which can be frustrating or exciting depending on your taste and how your approach it.
Personally, I learned about stuff before going in, and it was a pretty fun experience so far (I'm still not finished with it)
Also while you progress it, you can get some pretty awesome armor and do your SB relic along with it, which is a really nice bonus.
That said, it can get a bit grindy, but not nearly as much as other relic weapons (at least up to where I got)
Also it's a MAJOR diversion that will take you a very long time to complete, it can definitely be done later without missing much on the moment and most people skip it their first time through the game.
The story reconnects you with Kryle and explore her order, the Studends of Baldesion, and what exactly happened to them.
To unlock it, you start with the "And We Shall Call It Eureka" in Rhalgr's Reach
The Hunt For Rathalos
Crossover trial with Monster Hunter, you can get the Rathalos Mount with the Extreme version, especially easy to unsynch it and if HC still needs it we could easly do it as a group.
Also there is some interesting MH armor if you want it and a Palico minion.
The quest is "The New King on the Block"
The Four Lords
This is the Trial Series for Stormblood, the equivalent of the Warrning Traids from HWs, not much to say about it, a bunch of fun trials to kill, that you can then unlock the extreme version of.
Recommended to at least do the normal mode for the story, it involves Tataru a lot and also a couple new dungeons along the way.
The quest for this one is: "An Auspicious Encounter" in The Ruby Sea
Omega
8 men raid series for SB, this one is another fun adventure with Cid and friends, you know what to expect from Alexander, normal mode recommended, it unlocks Savage versions of all the fights once you complete it.
You can unlock it in Rhalgr's Reach from the quest "The Hunt for Omega"
Return to Ivalice
I'll be uncharacteristically negative for this one.
It's the 24 men raids for Stormblood, I loved every single raid but the story was really a letdown for me.
Needlessly convoluted, unlikeable characters, and too many characters are all big problems.
I enjoyed bits of it, but the whole package let me down.
Still recommended because the actual raids are fun, and it's required to unlock Bojza, which is the Eureka equivalent for Shadowbringers.
4.1 MSQ
I know you will eventually do it anyway, but this one is better done sooner than later because it's really up your alley and it connects very well to Ala Migo liberaton.

... huh. speakin of changes ive only found out now, some emotes bein available on mounts is a new thing, isnt it? i could've sworn i coulnt say, /lookout from a mount before but now it plays an altered animation n everything. ill have to find a vista n try out if it works now

Generally you can use upper body only emotes when on mounts
When you look at an emote there are a bunch of icons that tell you when you can use that
Also yeah the role icons are new and they are pretty awesome
They also pop up in chat
