Tanxiety is just a term that that people made up since it was so common. It's basically a small fear of playing tank because people think they won't play the tank role as properly as they could and worry everyone will judge them on any mistakes. Since having a tank die is much more noticeable than having a DPS die.

Eventually you'll gain the confidence
It also helps when you know that everyone is too busy with their own rotations/buffs than to be focusing on everything you do
The only ones who might look at what you do is the healers but even then they're probably having their own "healxiety" to even notice any mistakes lol

i think that in FFXIV it helps that the normal content is easy enough that it's not difficult to become okay at doing the standard couple of packs multi pulls in dungeons
You don't need to get special equipment, set up a specific build, or have talents specced in specific ways to be able to do what people expect you to do.
In more gear focused games, or that have harder dungeons, it's definitely harder to get over it
FFXIv being more balanced, but also, less deep as far as gearing and build goes, definitely helps me a lot with it

10 is likely gold FATE reward. Once you exceed certain contribution level, you will earn exactly 10. But below that, there is also silver and bronze.
Presumably, bronze reward would then be 3 eggs, and idk how many for silver.

For the Spectral Discus you just have to use the Krill and you are done
For the Little Leviathan, you have to use the kill to catch a ghoul barracuda, then mooch it into catching a gladius
Once you have done that, you are going to get a special intuition buff that gives you a chance to catch the Little Leviathan if you use the Plump Worm bait
Then once the spectal current hits you refer to the bottom part of the thing, where you are better off using ragworm to either cartch the Sea Nettle or mooch for a Rogueaurus

Basically these fishes are worth a lot of points, so if you think you have one on the hook, it suggests you Triple Hook to catch 3 at once
In addition, on the site, if you click on the fish
It tells you the interval it takes to hook it
So you can guess what you have on the hook based on the type of bite and how long it took for it to bite
Actually, looking at it, it has THx1, which I think it means it's pointless to triple hook it because you are going to only get one

From what I heard, there is a big difference on how they balanced this DD
The autos do much less damage, compared to POTD, but the abilities are almost always a one shot if you don't do them right
While in POTD the bulk of damage is from the auto attacks and occasional tank buster the mobs have
Some abilities are one shot, but more often than not it's because they hard CC you and then beat you up
This definitely helps non tanks, I think it'll be a more balanced experience overall

I think I like the Mist plot most out of aesthetic (reminds me of Water 7 from One Piece, literally best city) but the Goblet one is closest to the marketboard. The Lavender Beds is the one with the fewest participants and thus has the greatest chance of success. It's a bit of a walk to the MB, but overall isn't too bad. View could be better, but then again, it does have the fewest bidders

huh. this may sound surprising, but i think im more comfortable as a healer than tank. i just did levelling duty n got stone vigil. i didnt even get synced down bc i was below max level n my gear aint up to the standards. and i got paired with three new-new players, as in they all watched cutscene ergo they were all doin the dungeon first time. and we only had one death bc the tank didnt pop up a mitigation n pulled a bunch. ngl healin gud despite the odds makes me kinda proud of myself

well uh. in a rudimentary way? one casts more shields n one is into regens more. scholar is shieldy one. white mage a regen one. sage is shield, ast is maaybe regen.

Shield healers especially benefit to know the fight before the fact, since you can shield before the party takes damage, but it's not a huge disadvantage in normal content.
Regen healer are considered a bit easier to learn because if you fall behind you have more "fuck you, you are full health" buttons
That is countered by the fact that AST has 10.000 buttons
So it's mostly white mage that's easier
Basically if you learn SCH it'll be very easy to pick up Sage (as it's another shield healer and you'll find an equivalent to almost all of your abilities) and pretty easy to adapt to WHM too
Ast I couldn't tell you, that class seem to get a rework every expansion

It's about (spoiled ahead) ||a dragonette with the aspiration of becoming a crafter.. You end up helping her crafting tools tailored for a dragon, and she ends up growing into this more dextrous form, revealing that dragons when they grow, their bodies assume forms depending on what they need at the moment, so in a way all the dragons you met were in a "war form" but a generation of dragons which came to maturity in peace times would look completely different||
