It's a separate set of skills, usually the classes are a lot simpler too because you are kinda in the middle of something while you fight there
And can't be doing super complicate rotations like you'd do on a boss
There is a bigger emphasis on stuns, cleansing, and big bursts or well timed defensive skills to avoid big damage incoming
Also that way everyone can join in with a low lvl classes too, since stats and skills are normalised and a lvl 60 and a lvl 90 have access to the same kit

The end of ARR is great but the lead up to it is more hit and miss, the HW storyline is overall better executed (if nothing else because of better VAs) and the conclusion is masterful, and generally if people get here they see the level of storytelling the game can (and does) put out on a regular basis at this point

There is a ton of materials that come from it so once I leveled what I wanted i sorta deleted everything from my inventory

ShB relics have some pretty sucky steps, but most of them you can either do it multiple ways, or you can even just do it while you do something else, so it doesn't feel that bad
Especially if you do multiple weapons, you can keep all 5 quests active at all times on different weapons and double dip A LOT
The major change is that you don't need to be on the job you are making the weapon for, which helps so much

You have to do the bozja story if you want the relic, but not the other way around
You can just do the bojza story and ignore the relics completely
I assume Eureka is similar
The lion share of the grind is in the relic weapons, but there is also a separated progression for the bozja areas, and you need to grind a little bit to get through it
But not nearly as much
If you manage to get every single thing from Bozja you get a fancy mount, which is what I'm doing by griding the last dungeon from there, which is a miserable experience
The dungeon is fine, it's the fact that it refuses to drop me the thing that is bad
