Speaking of which. They have full sets for transmog each season, why not allow every piece of the transmog set to be eligible for the tier set? So belt/boots could count towards the 2 & 4 set. Gives the player more freedom. I'd say keep the raid only dropping the normal 5 pieces for tier, but you should be allowed to turn your belt/boots into tier with the catalyst.

Yup, it requires a Leatherworker to go deep enough into their specialties to unlock it, and can only be made with Awakened Decay at the Brackenhide bench, so it's... not easy to get.

I watched a resto druid streamer doing a +28 ToTT and get hit by storming on the 3rd boss and dying to flameshock doing 90% damage instantly and one tick to finish him off.
