Go for it! I saw that post, wasn't sure if we'd covered it yet or not but I'm really excited for that change for Dracthyr. I hope like with dragonriding we can use that one dragonriding glyph that does damage to mobs when you inpact the ground but in Dracthyr form... while in an iron man suit of some kind... Iron dragon.
We already have a laser beam ability, so it'd be perfect.
And the fact you're going engineering would make it even more perfect.
Timewalking next week, so pair that up with the 19% exp boost and you'll soar through levels.
...But yeah, I think I'm more partial to the idea of being an iron fox and having dragon riding unlocked with a jetpack myself...

What's annoying is that the emerald dream's group content can be slow at times. If you want rep from planting seeds you still need 50/100, which is a pain to do solo 5 times in a row. I've had several times where I posted the location of the seed and maybe one person would show up.
And that's new content.

I'm not so sure how much that's going to help with rares... I tried looking in the group finder for groups and came up short.

If the new world boss takes time to put a group together for now, then what hope does ZC have?
At least in the emerald dream there are rares you can solo and guess what! They die quickly.
Group rares are sometimes ignored for a long time in the emerald dream!
The biggest issue with group rares besides people having to put together a group for them is that they're not rewarding and people are tired of farming sub 1% drop rate items from them.
I thought they were letting go of old stubbornness.
... Although to be fair, at least they made a quick response. TBD if their changes pans out and we see what other ideas they have.

They already have that! π Well... sort of. ZG and Naxx have recipes you can craft for people through the public order system but I believe most of them are BOE anyway. They also required level 300/300 of the classic profession which is cool! It made me go level a bunch of old professions. But yes! They should add more recipes like that, but BOP and had to be ordered through the crafting order system. They could make new "old" patterns/plans that fit the theme of their respective expansion and require the player to level up that expansion's professions in order to craft them.

There were old Vanilla recipes that were BoP, so you had to literally have the profession to get it.

I do remember that at least for TBC... (don't remember for the others) but people leveled blacksmithing (and others) in order to get BOP weapons and armor, so it would be cool to have those on the crafting order system too!
I believe they were experimenting with BOP craftable items at the time to make them more fun, but they ended up being so powerful early game that you were basically shooting yourself in the foot if you didn't level them to craft your armor set or weapon for the raids.
Which is exactly what happened with TBC classic...

I'm working on myself as best I can too. I took off for my BD and Thanksgiving though. I'm slowly working on HC, would like to get at least one character to 60, but that's a journey I'm doing with a couple friends and we've been doing it extremely slowly, so here's hoping we'll make it in a year or so.

I hope they let people have the Ashbringer in SoD, which is something they were asked during an interview but they danced around it.
I don't have extremely high hopes for SoD though, it seems like they're not really planning on a lot for level 60 content and only the journey towards then, which is fine, but that means that SoD is going to be a pretty short season depending on how quickly they release those content bands.
I am hopeful that if SoD does well enough that they consider finally moving towards a more permanent Classic+ game akin to what OSRS does.

Yeah. I finally finished teh "gain 1500 rep" quest for a chunk more, but that barely pushed me to 16.5 ish. At this rate, it'll take a few weeks to hit 19, then I can get the LFR Fyrakk kill for the 2500 rep token for the last level.

Outlaw Rogue has a ramp-up time, but if I can get going, I just turn into a blender. The trick is that any downtime inbetween mobs can result in having to ramp-up again.

You only get the new effects at +7 or higher
and the +7 through +13 effects are the easy ones generally
It's the 2nd affix from +14 onwards that sucks sometimes
So I wouldn't be discouraged doing lower M+ because of one affix
You can even just stick to +6 if you want so you don't have to deal with any of it at all
and still get decent gear and have a good time
All you have from +2 to +6 is either the mobs hit a little harder or the boss does
and by a little I really do just mean a little lol
your healer would have to be new to the game entirely and boosted to maybe have an issue?

I don't think you'll have too much to worry about on LFR. It's very manageably in normal.
It is normal for LFR people to wipe on the last boss a couple times though and get the damage buff. That's just par for the course.

Meeres on Twitch is doing the quests to unlock the legendary. Looks like you need to kill 50 rares rares which have a chance to drop multiple things you need. So far it looks like between 1-3 per rare and you need 50 total for that quest. Another quest has you use a thing that's on a 5m cd to destroy... epic weapons/armor - 20 of them... Looks like right now you can buy the renown items and use it on that. Might not be intended though.
And there's another quest he hasn't gone over where you need 200 of something.
Probably things you loot from bosses in the raid if I had to guess.
Higher difficulty = more drops

I didn't know you could transmog tier 3 pieces on any class that is of the appropriate armor type. Apparently they didn't make them class specific but the original quests you needed to do were class specific. They never fixed it. This is my paladin using the tier 3 warrior set with the legion pally mount.

So heads up, for chapter 6/7 in Emerald Dream you get a 2500 rep token for defeating Fyrakk, but the questline continues after defeating him which will reward another 2500 rep and it's short/long depending on how much you care about lore and rp.
I did it on my warr who's at 15 renown. I'm holding onto the two tokens until I get my monk who's 18 1/2 renown to 20 on reset and I'll be able to get both to 20.
I think Fyrakk opens up in LFR the following Tuesday? (12/05)

That's really cool that the legendary has bad luck protection through the form of killing other bosses in the raid. Getting even a 0.2% chance increase from the lesser one and 1% from the greater one would be awesome.
Much better then the way to obtain the Evoker legendary. Hats off to them for that.

The gold price for it is reasonable
The other way would be to wait for world quests to refresh, do all those, do the pvp quest (which I can join you and we can sit in a group with 5 people and just do the graveyard farm strat, takes about ~15 minutes.) and that overall would get you extremely close.
Might need to finish up by turning in 10 or so seeds.
I think the world quests would be 600+ rep with the buff and the pvp quest is 1190 with the buff.
But yeah, if you can wait until reset it would be 100% less stressful if you're not in a rush.

Okay, few things: 1) Quest is in Valdrakken in the pvp building with the training dummies, past the door on the right. 2) Make sure to go into war mode. 3) Group finder > custom or pvp > type in "Spark" and there should be some up for the Emerald Dream.

No, I mean I'd need the ZC questline done to unlock normal flying. THere's an owl you have to follow from branch to branch and click on, which is damn near impossible with Dragonriding.

Both my rings have a 70% haste to other secondary stat ratio, which... haste is horrendous for fury this season...

Check M+ guides, get out of the frying pan and straight into the fire I say!
Or do what I did and spam 11-13's for wyrm crests and flightstones since those ranges are insanely easy. 
Also, if you ever have trouble with flightstones down the line like I did, remember do do the quick emerald dream world quests AND the Caverns "Under Fire" event with the weekly quest on hand. That weekly gave me 300 stones and people still que and do it all the time.
And of course there's the steady and boring option of joining "Seed" groups and running around planting seeds and getting 15 stones per 3 minutes. I joined a group that started with 5 people and ended with a full 40 man raid. Lot of people who were in it had mythic raid boss kills and 3k io.

Pretty much all his movies are gold, but Blazing Saddles and Spaceballs are the most popular, and for good reason.

Oh, I don't think you need to worry about that. I love sci-fi, although my favorite format to enjoy them is usually video games. Battle for Dune, got me interested in the Dune series in general. I may not be the fastest to get around to shows/movies of the genre, but I do eventually get to them! Also, sounds good! I'll note that down to remember.

Funny, every hour on the hour if I noticed I'd panic and do the emerald surge thing event first for get 20 stacks of that one item for the mount, THEN immediately hop off on an alt and join a timerift 1 minute before it starts and THEN do a superbloom at the tail end of it.

Went from 2k to almost 2.5k in one evening. Somehow managed to time 4 20's lol. 2 of the harder ones too, Rise and TOTT.
Pally healer for rise was absolutely insane and TOTT had a hunter and lock low IO but they played their classes better than most 3k I've seen.
TOTT was a throw away key as a last hail mary of the night
