So, it sounds like you can use those armor pieces you get by doing the storm event stuff in the open world to turn into tier pieces. So, that could be an easy but grindy way for Masque to get 385 tier pieces.
Also, it looks like we're doing an account wide quest to earn ONE catalyst token each week that has something to do with M+/raid/pvp/world stuff. The progress towards that quest is account wide for that one token and you can't get more than one each week per account.

You can complete the Revival Catalyst quest in under 10 minutes by killing the World Boss twice!
Edit: This has now been fixed. Blizzard has nerfed the World Boss World Quest to only give you 20% completion for the Revival Catalyst.
Plus side, it's account-wide, so if you have five characters you can just kill the boss on each of them for the completion.

https://wago.io/RunicBrandHelper - To make Odyn even easier. I did a +19 timed yesterday and it was pretty easy. Timing was still a little tight with a few mistakes but the reduced health across the board and like 20 seconds of removed rp at the end +20 is reasonable to pug timed now.
The 4 mobs at the end on fort died pretty quickly too. You can really feel the health reduction. Our dps was average.
Fen still hits pretty hard but feels much more reasonable with the changes. I still think he's going to be somewhat annoying on tyrannical week with pugs if people are not getting 10 yards away from another and stacking bleeds, which is something I constantly see.

So, it looks like for alts if they haven't done a single spark quest yet they can get a quest that lets them get 5 sparks immediately if their main has already done the 5 spark quests. If you have an alt that already finished at least 1 spark quest, they will have to go through the other 4 quests. yay for being lazy and not leveling any alts yet...
I have a feeling chaos will become boa in the next major patch so alts can get 5 392 pieces crafted out the gate.
Btw, Masque. Timewalking quest for normal raid loot is easy to do and you can que for the legion dungeons. I think your item level just needs to be in the 350's I'm pretty sure?

I think it's up there for me, the thing is that I still have some mana issues even with the temporal changes in longer raid fights, so having broodkeeper and the globe thing for mana is probably my best bet for raiding. Then for M+ it's broodkeeper (maybe, I might replace it with something for dps instead) and icon.
Heck, even with another evoker throwing source of magic on me, using mana pots and emerald communion on CD I still have trouble from time to time rofl.

The fact that their auto report system can still get people temp banned/muted for nothing is mind boggling.
They just need 1 person to quickly look over the report and take no more than a minute to see that the reports were misused and enact a temp ban on the misusers.
That would greatly help keep the auto report system from being abused.

@elfin steeple It's a matter of numbers, really. Not from how many are reporting, but how many people are employed. For example, I do CS work for a different MMO, i'd be the one to look at reports written by people. But mass stuff like that, depending on the number of folks reporting, might just get aninstant strike or at least sent to us for review. WoW probably has a much, much worse agent to ticket ratio so they likely don't have the headcount to do that type of verification... hence, automating it

I was going to suggest that I could help you guys get some mythic BFA raid mounts if I could start a group separately with you two if it's possible to do them cross realm.
Legion raids are all easy to solo now with a tiny bit of gear. I think 370 is more than enough for even the last one. The only boss you need to look up on how to do solo is Eonar on mythic Antorus and even then it's not that bad once you know how to do it.

Oh, make sure you have enough anima. And the same vendor that sells that covenant skip thing, has an item that costs 1000 anima, which gives 1000 anima when you use it. So you use that to 'transfer' from covenant 1's anima pool to another

Oh god those questlines... I don't think there was hyperspawning for the mobs that needed to be killed that lead to making the garrisons so a lot of people had to wait a long time to get to that point...

Yeah, fighting for mob spawns. But also once you hit the button for constructing your Garrison, the server couldn't handle it. There were a ton of people just standing there waiting for their Garrison to actually spawn in after the cutscene, it couldn't phase everyone fast enough to keep up.

To top all that off I was in college at the time with a very poor performance laptop that could maybe push 30fps max at the lowest possible settings (they increased the graphical requirements by a lot that expansion) and that was when there was absolutely no one and I was alone in my garrison with settings set to below the lowest you can normally set using scripts. To top that all off I was using a VPN because my school hated gamers I guess so you can imagine my experience logging on launch day and going to the portal.

Safe to say that may have been one of the main reasons I don't remember WoD fondly. I have a hard time remembering game issues I didn't particularly care about outside of the garrison system.
Dungeons were fine, raids were fine, PvP was fun back when I did that sort of thing.

yeah... the leveling wasn't really fun for me and what's funny is I was incredibly shy which made it harder to interact with others, yet I found myself getting burnt out much quicker since it was nearly impossible to interact with others because of no new major capital to flock too.
At first I was like: sweet, nobody else can bother me in my garrison! then I went shit, no one can bother me in my garrison...

ffxiv has a pretty good system for that I think; however I don't think it would translate very well into WoW.
Guild housing might work though!
It would be cool if everyone could come into the guild house and could see a map layout of a new raid that the RL and officers could draw on and detail raid encounters.
Like with the mythic dungeon tools.
Then that map they make could be exported to everyone in game to use at any time.

Okay, so when you go to the Trading Post, click on the chest next to it for your first batch of coins. Then you click on a few NPCs and a scroll on the post (hard to see due to EVERYONE STANDING IN FRONT OF IT) to tick off quest marks, then turn in the quest & click the chest for your next 500 coins. Then open the Adventuring Guide to see what you need to do to earn MOAR TENDA

Oh thank goodness... Now we just need to be able to buy sockets with a ton of primal chaos and all will be fine with the world! I also wouldn't mind having something else to be able to spend my concentrated focuses on. I know it would be too much (at least until the next patch cycle) to make them boa so we should have a vendor to spend excess ones at, maybe a socket or cosmetics, something.
Or if they could just say ahead of time to save our concentrated focus because they'll become BOA on or before 10.1 that'd be nice too. I think by then it wouldn't be too big of a deal to have 418 pieces be transferable and crafted for alts.

Anyway, I'm not too sure about the 80 = 60 chaos ratio they have. On one hand the people who play a ton and mostly do M+ will be happy because you get a ton doing higher keys. On the other hand, for the more casual player it seems a bit unfair especially if they're not really doing much in the way of M+ or are doing lower keys on the occasion. Honestly a 1 to 1 chaos ratio wouldn't break the game by any means as the higher crafted gear requires doing mid to high M+ or heroic/mythic raiding. This tax system they have in place is about as strange as requiring that the player buys an anima boa item to transfer it to another covenant.
Heck, they're already handing 5 free sparks of ingenuity without having to do the chain on new alts that haven't started on the quests, no point on holding back the chaos.

I think it's because Chaos is farmable, so folks can just shovel it to their alts, while things like the Sparks are limited after you finish the unlock.
THe 20% "fee" encourages you to send what spares you have to another character, but then use that character to gather any more Chaos they need.
