Quake duels and 1v1 situations are fairly sound-based. In 1v1 clutch situations in Clan Arena, walking is relatively common to avoid making sounds

not as much as CS but still

there's more than one situation where I got a kill because I avoided jumping (in Quake 1) or running (in Quake 2 and later). You also have to avoid picking up items, intentionally walking besides them, as well as avoid landing from a high distance

2. 12% isn't that much when it's already 88% to the devs
3. Even if the keys are sold through other vendors, it still leads back to the problem of it being linked to EGS.

Homeworld is a famous space RTS game from the 90s where the combat space is in all 3 dimensions. In the early 2010s a remake of Homeworld 1 & 2 was made and shortly thereafter they made a new game which expands on the story, which is the one pictured there, which is a ground based RTS more like C&C. Homeworld 3 is a highly anticipated sequel coming out in January.
