the biggest issue is that due to time constraints, developers often don't give it all the recommended inputs (like the reactive mask), which harms quality. You can have FSR2 automatically generate this mask for quicker integration, but it's not ideal

they probably don't wanna touch AC1-2-3 because then they'd probably be forced to acknowledge Desmond and his infinitely more interesting superior story for the first time since AC4

I remember people liking AC Origins well enough but... that's when they started with their weird thing of adding a bunch of weird fantasy elements into the story and game and making it an RPG out of nowhere which alienated a lot of fans like me that still don't like it at all, and they're still doing that with Mirage, even from the trailer you could see it had some weird ghouls or zombies and in some recent clips I saw the MC just straight up teleports to assassinate people lol
