#Stuttering bad with RTX 5090

I just purchased the full version and the game is stuttering bad when I try to play it. Tried several different graphical settings, but I still experience it. Not sure what to do, but here are my specs:

So I'm not affiliated with the devs but I'm also running a 5090 so I don't think it's the card itself. If I get stutter and hiccups in games with a setup as beefy as ours it's almost always some nonsense with v-sync and frame generation. I would check my geforce settings making sure everything there are fairly vanilla/default settings. And maybe don't use DLAA if you use a 4k display, quality is really just fine.
