i was just using glen as an example. glen seems like someone who can get away with not going up in rarity that much. hes good on his own in terms of just going in training and getting his skills up. only reason to upgrade glen in terms of rarity is so he gets more hp and or defense to live longer. eugene needs as many stats as possible as it effects his skills

like more people should be talking about that. or im just not very smart

well ya but the healling is still great . so you have the scarecrows whos damage is increased the higher you get eugene up. and eugenes heals are increased the higher you get eugenes atk

so i have to make a choice about eugene. and we were talking about it the other day. and so i was looking at his skills and he works much better the higher you get him. certain characters are skill based, and others are stat based as well. eugene seems to work off both stats and skills

i made her mythical because everyone said she was one of the best. but her passive skills seems to be the better one for her. like ghillie suit( kate throws a suit to grant 300% atk shield to two comrades) or the mark where it happens at the start of combat.
